Author Terri Morrison recently gave a presentation at Chattanooga State Community College that highlighted International Education Month. She shared some lessons from her most recent book, "Kiss, Bow or Shake Hands: The Best-Selling Guide to Doing Business in More Than Sixty Countries."

The events were held on campus on November 10th. Morrison spoke from 9:30-11 a.m. and 6:30-8 p.m.

Both engagements were free and open to the public.  Attendees were able to learn a great amount about communication techniques across many different cultures.

In total, Morrison is the author of nine books. Kiss Bow or Shake Hands sold 300,000 copies and is a Library Journal Best Business Book winner.

It was an Amazon.com bestseller and hit second on BusinessWeek's list of best business books. She has taught her strategies on intercultural communications to major corporations like American Airlines, American Express and Microsoft.

Morrison also serves as the President of Getting Through Customs. She is on Drexel University's MBA Career Advisory Council.
