Catersource Announces Celebrity Chef John Folse as a Featured Speaker

Catersource is the world's top event related to the catering industry.  They have announced celebrity chef John Folse as one of their featured speakers.  

The conference will take place March 12-15 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Folse is going to share a local angle with a presentation on Cajun cooking.

In 1978, Folse opened his first restaurant, "Lafitte's Landing Restaurant."  Through the Chef John Folse & Company, he has spread his brand into other restaurant concepts. 

The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute opened at Nicholls State University in 1994 to preserve the culture of Louisiana food.  The Research Chefs Association has presented him with their Lifetime Achievement Award.
