Declara Founder and CEO Ramona Pierson Named a Keynote Speaker at AtlanTec Festival

Declara CEO Ramona Pierson will be addressing a significant technology conference next month.  She is one of the keynote speakers at the AtlanTec Festival, which runs May 16th-29th in Galway, Ireland.  

The event is meant to celebrate Galway's diverse technology community.  Pierson is the closing keynote speaker for the festival's conference. 

She will speak on "Her Story & The Declara platform".  The conference brings together over 300 IT professionals from around the world.  

As founder and CEO of Declara, Pierson oversees a Big data and Machine learning company.  It is perhaps more interesting to hear how she got to that point however.

Pierson has recently signed a movie deal with Sony and TriStar pictures to share her story.  She originally started her career out in the Marine Corps before heading down the entrepreneurial road. 

Pierson has recently been nominated for the Anita Borg Technology Leader Award.  In the past, she has been named by Business Insider as one of the top 100 coolest people in technology.
