French Artist eL Seed Makes Book Signing Appearances in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

The art that eL Seed creates is appreciated worldwide.  This weekend, he will make a pair of appearances at Virgin Megastores in the United Arab Emirates to showcase a new book that shares some of that artwork.  

On Saturday, eL Seed will hold a book signing beginning at 5 p.m. at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.  The next day, he will be in Dubai for a 7:30 p.m. signing at the Mall of the Emirates.  

It is also the first time his book, "Lost Walls", will be available for purchase in the Middle East.  Lost Walls shares the unique art that eL Seed created all over Tunisia.  

eL Seed has dubbed his style of art "calligraffiti".  He started creating this street art in Paris and since has spread it across the globe. 

Exhibitions in places like Berlin, Chicago and Sao Paulo have featured eL Seed's work.  He has painted murals on walls in London, Melbourne and Toronto just to name a few. 

Often, eL Seed will take his calligraffiti to areas experiencing religious or social unrest in an effort to bring awareness to the issues at hand.  In 2013, he had the rare opportunity to design a scarf using his artistic style for Louis Vuitton.
