Millennial Expert Jason Dorsey Speaks at NPMA Academy 2016

Recently, Jason Dorsey dolled out some knowledge on millennials at the National Pest Management Association Academy.  The event was held in Orlando, Florida at the Hilton Bonnet Creek from July 20-22.  

Dorsey talked about the importance of the generation as customers and employees of today and tomorrow.  He stressed on those running pest control companies to have updated websites to access.  

Additionally, Dorsey shared tips on obtaining and retaining millennials as employees.  Outside of his presentation, there were plenty of networking opportunities over the three days. 

Dorsey is the co-founder and president of The Center for Generational Kinetics.  The center works with 150 clients per year tackling the generational challenges that surround millennials and Gen Z'ers.  

As a millennial himself, Dorsey wrote his first bestselling book at 18.  His expertise on generations has been featured on shows like "60 Minutes", "20/20", and "The Today Show".  

Dorsey receives 1,000 speaking requests each year and has addressed audiences in all 50 states.  He is a previous winner of the Austin Under 40 Entrepreneur of the Year.
