Recording Artist Gwen Stefani Becomes Global Brand Ambassador for Revlon

Revlon has brought on board renowned recording artist Gwen Stefani as their latest global brand ambassador. Later this month, they will kick off the partnership by having her star in their Choose Love campaign. 

The spots will run across broadcast, digital and social platforms. Other entertainment stars like Ciara, Halle Berry and Olivia Wilde are Revlon endorsers. 

Fronting one of the world's largest cosmetics brands is quite the accomplishment for Stefani. Before she made it as one of the biggest stars in music, she worked as a mall makeup artist. 

Stefani first broke through as the co-founder and lead vocalist for No Doubt in the mid-1990s. Their 1995 album,"Tragic Kingdom," hit number one on the charts and spawned seven singles, including the massive hit, "Don't Speak." 

In 2004, Stefani broke off from the group to start her career as a solo artist. She has since released three albums, including last year's "This is What the Truth Feels Like" which grabbed the top spot on the Billboard 200 . 

Overall, Stefani has won three Grammy Awards. She currently serves as a judge on NBC's hit music competition series, "The Voice."
