Shinola President Jacques Panis Keynotes Western Wayne Business Banquet in October

The Western Wayne Business banquet is returning next month for the fourth time and it will be headlined with a successful business innovator from the area.  Shinola president Jacques Panis is the keynote speaker at the October 4th event. 

It will be held at the Ford Motor Company Conference and Event Center in Dearborn, Michigan.  The banquet runs from 5-8 p.m. and it features a mixer and dinner in addition to the Panis' presentation. 

He will share some of the tips that have helped make Shinola a success in the manufacturing business.  Tickets and corporate sponsorships are still currently available. 

Panis originally joined Shinola in 2010 to head up their product development and strategic direction.  In 2013,  he became president of the company and currently oversees a company that has over 230 employees. 

Since taking the reigns of Shinola, Panis has seen a company grow leaps and bounds while becoming a top watch manufacturer.  Before joining the company, he founded the Webosaurs.  

Panis also led the interactive division at Reel FX, a Dallas-based animation studio.  Today, he is seen as a pillar of leadership within the Greater Detroit business community.
