Singer Sheryl Crow Speaks at BlogHer Conference

The #BlogHer16 conference brought out some influential women in the content creation world.  There were 3,500 attendees at the event that ran August 4-6 in Los Angeles, California. 

One of the inspirational speakers that was present was singer Sheryl Crow.  She was a part of a Friday lunch session that also featured a keynote from reality television star Kim Kardashian West. 

Crow was Kardashian West's lead-in as she participated in a question and answer presentation on the main stage.  As a breast cancer survivor, she talked about her own health and the wellness of women everywhere. 

Crow has had a wildly successful career in music, selling over 50 million albums worldwide.  She is a nine-time Grammy Award winner and has received over 30 nominations.  

In the mid-1990's, Crow emerged as a major star.  Her debut 1993 album, "Tuesday Night Music Club" won her her first three Grammys and hit number two on the Billboard Hot 100. 

Crow released her ninth top ten album "Feels Like Home" in 2013.  Over her tenure in entertainment, she has often been an actor in television and film as well.
