VO Atlanta Names Top Voice Actor Bill Farmer Keynote Speaker

One of Hollywood's top voice actors is speaking at a major event for his industry.  Bill Farmer is the keynote speaker for the 5th annual VO Atlanta Voiceover Conference.  

The conference takes place March 9-12 at the Atlanta Airport Marriott.  It serves as the leading event for voice actors around the world. 

This year's theme is "Break Through".  Throughout the four days, attendees will be provided useful tips to help them build their professional networks in the voiceover world. 

Since 1986, Farmer has been the official voice of iconic Disney characters Goofy and Puto.  He has worked with the top film studios, including Pixar, MGM, Universal and Warner Brothers. 

Farmer has been a mainstay in Pixar movies like "Toy Story", "Monsters Inc." and "Cars".  He has had voice roles in the Disney pictures "Beauty and the Beast", "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "Hercules".  

Farmer has lent his talents to many television programs as well and has an Emmy nomination for his work on the series, "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse".  He was the first voice actor to win the Friz Freleng Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Animation and is a recipient of the Disney Legend Award.
